[Suggestion] Exclude DMs from CommandMessage#nsfw about commando HOT 8 CLOSED

Oh really? I gotta re-read them then. I thought it was allowed under certain circumstances, including DMs and "legal" nsfw (as in, no child porn and such)

Right okay so I just checked the ToS and CG and well.. it's kind of a tough one.

The ToS states the following under RULES OF CONDUCT AND USAGE:

post, upload, transmit or otherwise disseminate information that is obscene, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, sexual or otherwise objectionable as outlined in our Community Guidelines;

So I jumped to the CG which then has the following 3 lines concerning NSFW:

Sharing illustrated or digitally altered pornography which depicts minors (such as lolicon or shotacon).

Not properly labeling NSFW channels. Some content just isn't appropriate for kids under 18, so let's do the right thing in our community and label any channel containing adult content as NSFW. This will add an age gate to the channel, protecting those who wish not to see.

Sharing content related to minors that is sexually suggestive or violent. Do not share or post links to images that depict minors or underage individuals engaged in violent, sexually suggestive, pornographic, shameful, or otherwise inappropriate situations.

So here's the conundrum. Does the fact that it is not possible to properly mark a DM as NSFW automatically make it that sharing NSFW content in DMs is not allowed as per the second quoted section from the CG, or are DMs excluded by this section by Discord themselves too. Personally I'm not in any of the official servers (long story short: bad experiences) but I suppose a Discord staff would have to clarify this.

Let's say your bot sends NSFW content in a channel that didn't explicitly ask if the user is over 18. Let's also say the user getting this DM is under 18 and had no idea what "rule 34" is and just wanted to test commands.

Now, a big-boobed nude woman just appeared on the screen of a minor. Shocked, the kid shows his parents and the parents ask if the kid had any sort of warning. Of course, there wasn't. Parents report Discord and/or your bot. Get the idea?

I think we can reach a census by saying this should not be by default and rather a opt-in solution that you develop on your own then.
