You must use the proper commando version with the proper discord.js version.
The npm version of commando is outdated, don't use it at all.
discord.js 11.2 users need to use the commando 11.2 branch.
discord.js master users need to use the master branch of commando.
Please make sure you are using the proper discord.js version with your version of commando.
