(Follow-up:

I thought I might as well try and see if I could run this, substituting my own desired manuscript with St Gall. First, I knew I would need to prepare my dataset the way St Gall appears here. I searched the repository for "gall" and got hits like this:

However, I could not find the path on the 2nd-to-last line -- nor any equivalent of it -- in the repository. So I'm still at a loss and have no idea how to proceed.

Guidance on this -- and the whole process, if possible -- would still be greatly appreciated.)
