Interesting. I wonder if the trusted build just didn't get the latest Ubuntu for some reason.
cc @dustinlacewell (who will hopefully be able to help us narrow this down or at least reproduce)
(although my theory seems impossible, because that build log starts with a pull of ubuntu:14.04 and Status: Downloaded newer image for ubuntu:14.04)

A few more data points on this:
- The same dockerfile built on quay.io
- If you check the quay.io build logs, notice that it did not try to install the extra packages as it did on dockerhub. In particular, gnome packages such as gnome-bluetooth.
