label{} and caption{} do not get formatted to ipynb or html about doconce HOT 4 OPEN

https://github.com/CINPLA/doconce/tree/dev has a working solution for ipynb. If needed, I can get you in touch with its developers...

EDIT this solution seems to have the same issue with the 'non-attached' label.

A quick test shows that this currently works for html and ipynb. for PDF, pdflatex threw an error

Undefined control sequence.
l.283    \captionof

When I added this line the the .tex file, it then worked:

\usepackage{caption}

A little digging showed that \captionof is added in Jupyter_execution.py see https://github.com/doconce/doconce/blob/main/lib/doconce/jupyter_execution.py#L231 and https://github.com/doconce/doconce/blob/main/lib/doconce/jupyter_execution.py#L783.

I did a quick test and it looks like replacing latex_caption = " \\captionof{{figure}}{{{caption}}}\n" with latex_caption = " \\caption{{figure}}{{{caption}}}\n" also works. I just don’t know if there is a specific reason for using captionof…

In ipynb and html, the original issue stands:

The caption{} is converted to text. The label{} does get processed, but it is not "attached" to the figure.
