Also, what is the full output of a deploy and the full output of the letsencrypt command? Please don't redact anything, its important for debugging.

I think I am having the same problem. I have removed the global domain and added a couple of domains but it's not updating the nginx configuration for the app. domains:report1 confirms the domains have been added. @josegonzalez any suggestions?

Note: sometimes I see this when a user is actually pushing to a second app that is only slightly renamed from the one they intended to push to.
