Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I have just tried to reproduce this on Safari v16.4 and unfortunately, I couldn't. The stream rendered fine for me. I have a similar setup with Chrome (Version 113.0.5672.92 ) as the publisher and safari as the viewer on a MacOS Ventura device. 13.3.1 (a) (22E772610a)
In saying that, it may have been an intermittent issue that you may have come across. Could you please try again at some stage and let me know if you're still experiencing this issue?
Alternatively, you can extend our current application, add in the logger functionality as described here and see if the viewer logs give you any hints as to what may be going wrong?

@dubeyShivank thanks for your reply! I set-up Logger.DEBUGand found logs identical to in Chrome for the viewer. The culprit was something called iCloud Private Relay, which seems to mask the address of the client device.
Turning it off fixes the viewer stream:
