Maybe this shouldn't be a bug, since we can do the same with sessions and it could make sense, e.g. if a user is in a hurry and wants to first stop the session and later add a start, e.g.
wl commit stop # current time 2020-08-31T19:07:44+02:00
wl commit start -t 08:05
cat ~/.worklog

The same behavior should be possible for tasks for consistency.
