This is caused by two copies of IntelliFactory.WebSharper.Core.dll being loaded during the execution of wsol.exe, one from the local project directory and one from WEBSHARPER_HOME.
One simple solution I found is setting CopyLocal=false on references included from WEBSHARPER_HOME. This means that these assemblies, including WebSharper.Core, will not be copied under project's bin/$(Configuration) and then the runtime always loads a single copy frop WEBSHARPER_HOME.
Copy local does not seem to cause other problems, so I am doing a commit with this solution, but if problems arise later this bug should be reopened and we can find a different way to deal with it.
