We absolutely need output to be read. REPL is fundamental for R and there is no other way for low vision person to determine the result.

Editor part is done. Now we need support for LiveRegion in WPF so that we can read incoming output on demand.

For part 1, I'm not sure whether that's a 15.3 issue (is this the part @AlexanderSher said is fixed above?). For part 2, I have an old email thread that I'm almost certain ended with the accessibility team saying that it's okay that we aren't reading the output automatically. I can't search my mail currently (desktop client or web client), but I'm trying to find the thread. Feel free to email me if you need more information as well.
