你好，对于“配置”这种不需要经常更新的信息，我认为单例就够了。但是你说的IOptionsSnapshot确实也有好处，可以达到不停止应用更新配置的目的，我会采纳你的建议，并在下个版本中加入这个功能。

今天本来想加入这个功能，但是仔细想了一下，我决定放弃，因为对于支付功能来说，如果要更新支付配置那么肯定是必须关闭支付功能的，如果不关闭支付功能，直接自动更新配置信息，中间的空档期，以及尚未完成的支付肯定会受影响。如果你有特殊需求，可以下载源码自己修改，也可以提交pull request。

我也需要这个功能，因为我的平台想给不同的商户付款，所以想通过从数据库获取appid等 来构造AlipayService, 不知可行
