What firmware are you using ? if 3.0d or 3.0e , it's a firmware bug, please upgrade to 3.0f - pre or wait for 3.0f
it could be also a range problem, I have the problem from time to time with a door sensor located outdoor and a bit too far

3.0e. Currently I'm not expecting a range issue since I have an ikea plug near working just fine. Also looking at the rssi percent it show 26% (not optimal but works)

Maybe during the silent period the rssi is lower. Because of external perturbation (wifi, etc)

I suggest you to upgrade to 3.0f since 3.0e is known to forget xiaomi sensor when shutdown

Hi! I seem to be having the same problem. I had two door sensors working fine for about 2 days but then they just stopped reporting and became unavailable in HA. I have 3.0f installed on the ZiGate... is the issue still there in Zigate or are we running into something else?

Could it be a range problem ?

Without more information I will close it

Hi, sorry for the delay in reply. I don't think it's a range problem. I can manually reattach them by forcing a refresh through the HA ui and the device's pinhole.

They work for about 24 hours and then seem to stop working again.

My Xiaomi temperature sensors all work fine, some of which are much farther away.

The door sensors are about 5 meters away from the Zigate usb stick in my raspberry pi.

Hi all,

Ok I have updated zigate firmware to 3.1a, created a very broad mesh of zigbee plugs (Ikea ones). All seems stable for now. I'll monitor for one more week if this does not repro will close.

Regards
