更新依赖
npm install @fmfe/[email protected]
npm install @fmfe/[email protected] -D插件新增了postcss钩子，你可以在这个钩子中添加插件

试了下，发现build的时候，这个plugins成功起效果了，但是在开发环境的时候（运行npm run dev），没有生效，如果我想开发环境下也要生效，需要怎么做啊？
