Why it is so important to reload ALL tabs after update this extension ? You cannot reload each tab only when user click on F5 or reload button ?

We do it to ensure the button is being displayed in all tabs after installation.
If we don't reload the tabs after an installation, the button for disabling/enabling JS might be missing.
But I'll have a look on how I can improve this behavior.
