If they are in edit mode and hit the info icon, we can just turn off edit mode. Or, use the hasDetail and have the arrows showing. Either works.

Hmm, I thought we had disabled them when edit was on. They should be disabled. Though making them hasDetail would eliminate the busywork of disabling and enabling them.
But there is that bug of hasDetail also displaying hasChild in iOS 7 at the moment.

A proposed solution is the commit referenced above. The row click listener returns immediately if the table is in edit mode.

Tangental feedback from Tory: she didn't notice the disclosure icons and had never clicked on one. Perhaps we could replace it with a larger button that says 'Info' or 'Details'.... something more noticeable.
