Feaure request: Ability to defer manipulations and generate TextChange[] or FileTextChanges[] about ts-morph HOT 2 OPEN

Have you considered EnumDeclarationStructure and EnumMemberStructure?

You could probably write something like this:

const enumStructure = enumNode.getStructure();
enumStructure.members.forEach((enumMember: EnumMemberStructure) => {
  enumMember.docs.push('balabala');
});
enumNode.set(enumStructure);

Edit: yes, you have considered editing the structure - and I didn't see that at first. Sorry.

That said, you may want to look into some other tools to reformat your code after the changes (i.e. Prettier, which I started using recently and works pretty well).

What I want is just adding comments for enum members and keep the original format as possible. Unfortunately, using structures resets all the indents, while addJsDoc does not break it.

Currently, I generates TextChange objects based on node.getStart() and node.getIndentationText(), and then use sourceFile.applyTextChanges() to add comment lines with the same indentation.
