这个是jlogstash本生的核心代码是有2两个线程会定时的执行跟是否有数据无关，插件本生的实现也有一些线程做定时轮询，所以在数据很少的情况下依然占用一些cpu，这块我们也正在做重新设计

恩，不然放做Agent显得资源占用过高，作为Server，带锁的处理队列以及闲置轮询队列处理还可以再加强些，可以试试Disruptor，效果挺好的
