HTTPie and xh use the backslash to escape special characters e.g request-item separators. This means you will need double backslashes to get the UNC path to work
$ xh httpbin.org/post --form file@"\\\\wsl.localhost\\Ubuntu\\home\\ducaale\\xh\\Cargo.toml"
