Info app broken, needs new name about dumbstore HOT 8 CLOSED

This seems to work for me on staging (+1.424.242.0994). Could you try it out and let me know if anything seems awry?

I found the twilio documentation on what happens if you text HELP or INFO. It has to automatically tell you you can text 'STOP' in order to block all messages.

@allisonburtch Oh, weird. I thought that was just for shortcodes, but I'm also getting that verbiage from the Dumbstore phone number. Would "apps" make sense instead of calling it "info?"

I think 'apps' would make the most sense if we can't use 'info', unless you have a better idea?

Nope, although I'll poke one of my Twilio peeps to see if they can explain the shortcode rules on phone numbers; Currently the dumbstand (4242420994) number doesn't seem to be affected and the info app works there.

Looks like the shortcode verbiage is now the default behavior for phone numbers, but it's been turned off on Twilio's end so the app is working again, yay!
