I guess, that the pin has to be read from the meter, because this is the device generating this one.

The pin is a shared secret between meter and pump, or in this case android phone and pump. I guess it is somehow calculated via the mac addresses as I tried common and short pins usually found in devices.

Sure. Ich Ihn unterstand it right,this shared secret is guten in the Pump and even for the original devices have to bei entered manually. Not a BT expert but looks like you should read it and enter it manually.
