Hi there. I don't recall if we communicated over email before or if I missed this issue!
In case it's the latter, for your first error it's probably because you're setting the number of leads n_leads to be larger than the maximum amount of post-treatment information you have. If you set it to NULL it'll automatically be set to be the number of post-treatment periods for the last treated unit.
For your second issue. I think you should try collapsing into treatment time cohorts with time_cohort = TRUE. I don't know how many individual treated units you have but it seems like a lot, and having one distinct set of weights for each one will be computationally infeasible.
