Please be aware that "links" (Type "Reference" in the metamodel of the AAS) are typically only logical links or logical ids. So in general you cannot assume that an IRI is "clickable". The example in your screenshot for example is not "clickable": this is just an id.
A clickable "link" is available only for the submodel element "File".
Of course the element could be implemented as "clickable" but very often the link will give an error and is not available.

Hi,
I adhere to Birgit's comment. Very often, the "https://.." IRI in AAS do NOT link to actual internet ressources. However, I think, we should be open for different usage modes of the AAS tools.
Therefore, I've implemented in the branch "MIHO/ImproveAfterPackageCentral" an Option (commandline/ JSON) and an menu items to "Show id as IRI". By enabling, all rendered text in the right panel is checked for "http://" and "https://" (no more schemes, I fear..) and, if matching, rendered as links. Clicking these links will activate the internal browser.
I hope this change will meet your expectations. It will end up in some future release of the Package Explorer.
However, this part of code might interfere with another pending change (branch) and might regress. Therefore, I will keep this issue open until also the pending change (branch) is in the master.
