Thanks @tolusha for the response. This I have seen. Just wondering if anything there at the global level. But I think this should be fine.. I was trying to test vertical scaling, using "InPlacePodVerticalScaling" feature gate functionality -

This is alpha feature, it worked from resource perspective, but container restart is happening, which in-tern invalidating the session, resulting the user to login again.

There are not global configuration at Eclipse Che level.
But you can leverage Kubernetes LimitRange [1]
