Strange results on Windows about editorconfig-checker HOT 8 CLOSED

I do not have a windows machine at hand to test this behavior - could be an issue with how we build up that path internally or even with the upstream editorconfig library.

Invoking the editorconfig binary on that path reproduces the config error (using / or \)

insert_final_newline=true
max_line_length=120

v2.6.2 fixes that.

Some internal ugliness of the core Go library which shouldn't rely on the absolute path... but here we are.

I've confirmed that using go install github.com/editorconfig-checker/editorconfig-checker/v2/cmd/editorconfig-checker@main fixed our CI.
