Should be. Try install Pidgin on a machine, then install this plug-in. Then copy
libtwitter.dll (or .so for Linux) from pidgin/plugins to your Pidgin portalble
plugins/ dir. That should do the trick.

thanks, I used a program to extract the .exe file and placed it in the proper 
folder
and the moved the 3 icons over and it worked like a charm. Thanks.

release.  It's all NSIS as well, so it's essentially a piece of cake.  Or a few
pieces, if you're feeling hungry.

You mean having it bundled with portableapps? That's interesting. What do we 
need to
do for that? Modify NSIS?
