The problem is with your private key. How did you generate it?

Also, if you want to use explicit RSA negotiation, you must disable ROBOT mitigation. RSA key exchange is not safe and should not be used. You should use RSA + DHE instead of just RSA. In other words, RSA must be used just for signing. See here:

I made it with th certificate using:
openssl req -x509 -newkey rsa:4096 -keyout privkey.pem -out fullchain.pem -days 365

Add -nodes. Also compile with -DNO_TLS_ROBOT_MITIGATION and it should work.
