egg-init 重新安装一下，之前有一个自动升级的机制。
其实我没有手动安装过egg-init的包
但是你给我了我思路。
我手动安装了下npm install -g egg-init
之后 直接使用egg-init命令初始化项目就可以了

建议修复一下，现在都在报错
接上门同学，egg-init 命令直接创建，不要用npm init egg 命令。如下
egg-init --type=ts
