pip3 install dotenv

Run python -m venv venv or python3 -m venv venv if your on mac
Then run .\venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1 or source ./venv/bin/activate if ur on mac
after all of that do pip install dotenv or pip3 install dotenv if your on mac
