That's weird, Fractal shouldn't be working either… Can you pass options to enable the --enable-debug flag when installing with Homebrew ? (sorry, I don't know much about mac OS ecosystem)

Sure, I’ll see if I can figure it out — I might be wrong about Fractal - I think I got it installed a machine wipe ago, so this is probably a different gtk+3 install. It was pretty interesting trying to build Fractal on mac
