Getting error when send a file image about telegrambotphp HOT 2 CLOSED

hi mr gabriel, thanks for your response. btw i want to ask something about
Instagram API. i have integrated it with codeigniter, and i create a
function for upload photo like this :

the problem is, why the image uploaded twice? when i change to other
picture file, always show notice " Uploaded image isn't in the right
format". yesterday, i run it normally.
