I have moved the exceptions chapter to the end of chapter 4 (about records). I don't want to give it its own chapter because exceptions are not that important in elixir.

It's not a good reason to hide this chapter somewhere where it's completely non-obvious :) I think it's better to have a short chapter, but make it clear what it's about.
We can extend the navigation menu on the right to include the list of sections within each chapter.
Then exceptions could go into the Other chapter.

In my opinion the contents are too tiny to make it worthy of its own chapter: http://elixir-lang.org/getting_started/4.html. Unless the goal is to break the whole thing into more chapters.
