Feature has been added in: dbbdcff
I decided to add it as an environment variable you can set instead because it's a pretty advanced use case. For example: RESOURCES_QUBE=disp1234 qvm-create-windows-qube -i ... -a ... test-win10 (or just export beforehand)

Would it be also possible to add RESOURCES_QUBE to installation script?
Because in the qubes-task it uses install.sh first to create the mgmt qube
resources_qube="${RESOURCES_QUBE:-windows-mgmt}"
from qvm-create-windows-qube.
