This issue doesn't appear to exist in current trunk -- it is now possible to delete
all forms in a formset, and the "add" button still works. The "delete" button is no
longer hidden if there's a single form displayed.

If you've got some time, could you take a look at trunk, and let me know if you can
reproduce this? Thanks.

I just had a read through the code in trunk, and it looks like you've made quite a few
changes since 1.1, so I can see why my changes are probably not at all useful now. I
tested the version in trunk and it works perfectly. Are you considering a 1.2 release
any time soon? (I'd like to stay on a stable version)
