if I have an help to solve this

I can put a test link online . now I'm trying it in local, so I can provide an url :-(

The api call works for your flickr url:
http://api.embed.ly/1/oembed?url=http://www.flickr.com/photos/ciskatobing/108016857/&maxwidth=600&format=xml
Your other issue seems configuration related, I will have to talk our team to see if they have a suggestion.

oh damn!!! yes you are right, my mistake because i was using ALT attribute in this way:
switch($mediatype) {
case 'photo':
?>
<img src="<?php echo $mediaurl ?> alt="<?php echo $mediatitle ?>"></img>
<?php
break;
and Embedly doesn't accept it
