why is View folder still created when bootstrapping?
I think currently it is unnecessary for bootstrapping.
initializer, instance-initializers, services, serializers and transforms directory is missing in the application.js. what order should they be included in a javascript app?
Ouch, I miss bootstrapping.
There order are anything OK.
Could you make a PR for this fix?
If you have no interest, I'll do in this weekend.

i'l try to get it done this week. es6 doesn't require those folders to be included right?
