Likely an issue with https://www.npmjs.com/package/7zip-min, I'll try to reproduce it on my side and then open an issue. The maintainer was fairly fast to respond the last time I opened an issue on that library.

I'm having difficulty reproducing this issue, both on macOS and Windows. Could you try another 7zip file with a different file, but still a non-UTF-8 filename? I wonder if there's an issue with this archive specifically.

What I did before posting issue was:
- repacked using 7zip, same error
- from already processed No-Intro folder took
Aero Fighters (USA).sfcand using 7zip saved asBrasileirão de Seleções 2020.7z, same error - found another file
Copa Libertadores da América 2020.7zcausing same error

Just confirmed that exact scenario produces the error on Windows 10 Pro 22H2 with the compiled igir v1.6.3 binary, I'll have to dig in further.
Edit: also Windows 11 Pro 22H2, for that matter.
