They have warning level because the action uses warning for failed tests and error for test errors.

The annotation has a non-zero line when the respective unit test file (here TEST-com.test.impl.Test.xml) provides a line number and 0 otherwise.

Do you know how to enable line number reporting?
Like is this a flag in JUnit5, do you have to implement it yourself, or something similar?

No idea. I presume it is all up to the unit test runner tool (and its configuration). Closing then, feel free to reopen if needed.
