I tried having the plot with all the same x axis previously and didn't love it as many of the plots are basically empty. The complexity now is that they are stitched together using patchwork so have to extract dates and then work out max and min which is a little tricky. Marking as closed but happy to revisit. @sbfnk

Changed "new infections" to -> everywhere including tables "New cases by infection date". Happy to drop from tables if preferred.

Updated to "Cases by date of report and their estimated date of infection" in all figure captions and titles.
