Provide a way to specify data when executing a script directly about preql HOT 4 CLOSED

I implemented the following functions:

• import_json() - https://preql.readthedocs.io/en/latest/preql-modules.html#import_json

• env_vars() - https://preql.readthedocs.io/en/latest/preql-modules.html#env_vars

It is now available in the master branch.

Preql is lacking in I/O operations, but it's mostly because I haven't got around to it yet, and not by design.

There is already an import_csv function that reads from a file.

I could just add the functions read_file, read_json and env_vars (names pending)

Would that resolve your issue?
