Complement file dropping with Upload button about c3-drop HOT 4 OPEN

The simplest way I can think of doing it is to add a button which will only be visible if the device is a touch device. By clicking at the button it should bring up the file dialog and generate the link if a file gets selected. UI is not my strong suit but I can share a working prototype with a simple button that does the work.

This is somewhat connected to issue #2 though, so maybe some discussion is in order.
