For a very large number of keys I would recommend https://redsmin.com/ It just got out of beta.

Regarding "filter fails", thats why I modified a little bit index.js on my fork. It doesn't filter in "real-time" (you need to press enter) but it doesn't crash my browser.
If you are interested, I can send you my js/index.js
