That would be pretty sweet, although I'd then want to immediately build on the idea to include multiple 'projects' of code, dashboard style.

In terms of ajaxy sexiness, need to be running a local web server of some sort. The fact that the Plato reports work from the local filesystem is awesome, but ajax just flat out doesn't work from file:/// locations. Minor consideration though, I guess.

Have you thought about adding some parameters to specify a different report 'theme'? That would be the first step for getting this 10-foot UI underway :)
