I like the idea but that might be more appropriate as part of a grunt task chain (once I get a task running plato) along with grunt-contrib-connect and grunt-open, e.g.
grunt plato connect:plato open:plato watchThough, that said, it wouldn't be much effort to implement so might add that anyway.

I updated the urls to be more local filesystem friendly so I don't think the server is needed anymore. I also put out an basic version of a plato grunt task so this can still be done through grunt.
Let me know if you find this still being important.
