It's possible if I were to completely write my own quest tracker that works in a way like MonkeyQuest or Carbonite do, since they don't actually integrate with the quest log. That said, this is beyond the scope of my plans for this UI, at least for now. I'd rather place most focus on end-game features than those used for leveling, and there are other addons that exist/will exist to offer this sort of thing.
