Here's a few differences I noticed between Calcite-Bootstrap and Bootstrap:

  1. .collapse .navbar-collapse pulls left by default vs bootstrap pulls right
  2. .navbar-brand is 15px vs bootstrap 18px;
  3. .navbar is 52px vs bootstrap 50px;

Let me know if you want these as separate issues or if here is good.

  1. The switch for putting .collapse on the left is done to match calcite-web
  2. Sizing was addressed in #83. This difference is intentional
  3. $navbar-height was recently changed back to 50px in the core variables.
