The change I made didn't fully fix my issue. It gets me through in debug from visual studio but when i publish my site i still see the error.

hey @bridgji I'm not seeing any issue in chrome. What does it say exactly?

When I get that error my page isn’t loading its stopping the load process. The only thing I see when I look in the developer tools is Uncaught Error: declare HeatmapLayer: mixin #0 is unknown. I don’t see the error when I run your example only in my full app. So it may be something elsewhere in the app causing it.

Once I add the require "esri/layers/DynamicMapServiceLayer" I don’t see the message and the heat map works successfully for me. Let me know if there is any other debugging info that might help.

Thanks
Jim

Make sure you're using the latest code from this repo. I think the code on heatmap.js may be messed up.

I downloaded the zip again. Is the 4/20/2013 the newest build date?

When comparing the file I had and the one I just downloaded there are no differences.
