Aah - this bug is about the query definition tag not being honored in rft's correct? 
Yes it is resolved now, although the UI still wont show it in pro (you should see it in a weeks time)

@jrweakland This issue is now resolved and raster functions can be run in both Desktop and Pro. Issue can now be closed.
