Yeah, I remember about it every day... but there is one problem here. To simplify the tutorial, it would need the simplification in the very first steps and that in turn... means rewriting the tutorial from the very beginning - I don't see any way to update the screenshots and code parts otherwise.
This is not as catastrophic as it looks (most of it will be just copy-pasting), but it'll require some decent chunk of efficient time. I'll try to do this asap - hopefully during the upcoming long weekends.
