Change looks good. I would still vote for softening the "experimental interface" statement, but you could close this one if you want to.

This interface is experimental, unstable and will change between versions.
Can we soften this somehow? If you agree that we can, suggest a level of (in)stability that you feel comfortable with and I'll offer up a rewrite. If not, let's just close this issue.
