That's actually pretty helpful, Marcel, as the time-consuming bit is
getting all the boxes and lines just so. Copy/Pasting text is relatively
easier.

The best bet is likely converting to SVG and dragging it inside Excalidraw. The imported SVG will be read-only though, as SVG elements are not recognised/mapped into individual Excalidraw elements. It's not ideal, but it might be good enough to keep the old diagrams as a reference + you will still be able to draw elements above/below the diagram. In the future, we might consider having some parser to convert SVG into Excalidraw elements.
